District Heating Rigid Pre-Insulated Pipe HDPE Plastic Protective Jacket Production Line
HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line produced by HUASHIDA is high-efficiency equipment with high speed and energy saving, it is easy to operate with the automatic control system and has a long service life.
The PE pipe is used for PU foam pre-insulating pipe, which consists of steel pipe, polyurethane foam layer, and PE jacket pipe.

High-efficiency single screw extruder
A single screw is with barrier & mixing head; the barrel is a new model with slotting (channel), Both make the security of good jellification, large output, and stable performance.
Vacuum Calibration Tank
Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, back and forth mobile device. When it is at work, the vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to realize calibrating the pipe outer diameter. Spray cooling system is used to cool down the extruded pipe by water. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on the pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.
Haul-off Machine
The haul-off machine is mainly composed of a driving device, haul-off chain, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate, and foundation bed. Haul-off tracks are AC motor driven and adopt frequency control of speed to adapt to different pipes extruding speed. It is also equipped with an automatic length measuring device to realize cutter cutting at a set length.
No-Dust Planetary Cutter
It adopts the blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of cutting devices, clamping devices, structure synchronous mobile devices, and frames.
Control system
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen. Controlling system is designed according to the customer;s requirement, to be with PLC, or without.
Discharging frame
The table surface is made of stainless steel. It adopts pneumatic overturn and discharging automatically.
