The machine has absorbed the technology from the similar products of Germany and Itlay and adopted imported hot machine. Due to large power, the ext rusion volume could reach 3KG. Its performance is stable. The integrated design is adopted for the preheating air and screw extruder. The plasticizing quality is good and the mould design is smooth without any blockage. Also, there is no dead corner and carbonization. The fan imported from Switzerland is installed to ensure large air output, adequa te heat and the base materials will have a higher temperature prior to adhesion in order to achieve good melting effect. The machine could be operated simply and light in weight, only 4kg, whichhelps to weld the postion that is difficult to reach.
Purpose: It is mainly used for the welding of PP/PE/PVC plates, vessels and chemical tanks, the connection of pipeline, and pipe bends making, connection and sealing of varioous plastic pipes, and the making and fixing of plastic tanks, the welding of plastic sheets and the making of the pipe fittings and bends of different shapes. In particular, it is fit for outdoor onsite operation.
