1. Single Screw Extruder
The single screw extruder features an AC motor, hard toothed surface, reduction gearbox, extrusion system, heating and cooling system, and electrical control unit. The AC motor directly connects to the reduction gearbox, driving the screw to rotate at a specific speed to accommodate various plastic materials. The extruder is equipped with a water-cooling force feeding system and a grooved feeding zone to save energy. Its long L/D ratio and mixing head ensure perfect plasticization and high output.

2. Die-Head
The die-head consists of a mandrel, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die-head body, bolts, and heating rings. The inner surface is polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. The uniformity of the pipe wall thickness can be adjusted using bolts. A bronze calibration sleeve fixed in the die-head is used to cool and calibrate the pipe's outer diameter.

3. Vacuum Calibration Tank & Water Spraying Tank
The vacuum calibration tank includes a frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and a mobile device for back-and-forth movement. During operation, the vacuum pump evacuates air from the sealed tank, pressing the fresh pipe against the calibration copper sleeve to calibrate the outer diameter. The spray cooling system uses water nozzles to cool the extruded pipe from all directions, ensuring rapid cooling.

4. Caterpillar Haul-Off Machine
The haul-off machine features a driving device, caterpillar chains, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plates, and a foundation bed. The caterpillars are driven by an AC motor with frequency-controlled speed to match different extrusion speeds. It also includes an automatic length measuring device for precise cutting at specified lengths.

5. Planetary No-Dust Cutter
This cutter operates on the principle of blade punching to achieve dust-free cutting. It consists of a cutting device, clamping device, synchronous mobile structure, and frame. The design ensures clean and efficient cutting without generating dust.
