The HDPE pipe extrusion line is composed of several key components:
1. Single Screw Extruder
The single screw extruder features an AC motor, hard toothed surface, reduction gearbox, extrusion system, heating and cooling system, and electrical control unit. The AC motor directly connects to the reduction gearbox, driving the screw to rotate at a specific speed to accommodate various plastic materials. The extruder is equipped with a water-cooling force feeding system and a grooved feeding zone to save energy. Its long L/D ratio and mixing head ensure perfect plasticization and high output.
2. Die-Head
