Product Description
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line, utilized for coating steel pipes of multiple diameters with anti-corrosion materials in a factory, has broad applications in various engineering projects, prominently in heating, gas, and oil extraction industries.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
Application
The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating, a leading technology, functions as the outermost protective layer for underground pipelines. It is extensively used in the corrosion prevention of gas and oil transmission lines, municipal gas supply systems, water pipes, and other fluid transport conduits, enhancing pipeline mechanical capabilities with superior electrical insulation, waterproofing, durability, and anti-aging features.
Technological process
Upload pipes→pipes conveyor→rust removal→intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→Middle layer &polyethylene stripe winding→water cooling→pipes conveyor→ pipe chamfer→unload pipes
