Equipment composition
- Pipeline conveying system**: The conveying device can be automatically adjusted according to the size of the pipe. It adopts Siemens PLC central control system and is equipped with a human-machine interactive interface. It can uniformly adjust the opening and angle, and each set of wheels is driven independently.
-Surface treatment system**: Including internal and external surface sandblasting system, used to remove rust and impurities on the surface of the pipe.

Process flow
1. Pipeline on-line**: Place the pipe on the conveying device.

4. Pipeline rotation**: Make the pipe rotate evenly during the spraying process.
