With the extensive modular range of barrel sections and screw components, this jacket pipe extrusion line is a cost-effective, lower energy, and high-efficient solution for extruding PU insulation jacket pipe. The extruders' L/D ratio of 33 and high throughput from 250kg/h up to 1200kg/h with a screw speed of up to 90rpm makes it a useful bestseller.
Automatic control system gives the PE 110-600/655-1380 Jacket Pipe Extrusion Line the merit of easier operation with only 2-3 operators needed and long service life.
