Product Description

The PERT flexible insulation pipe, also known as the PE-RT II type pre-insulated pipe, is a composite plastic pipe with excellent performance and wide applications. It is composed of three main parts: an outer protective layer made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), a rigid polyurethane foam insulation layer, and a working pipe made of heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT II) .

Structure

Outer Protective Layer: Made of HDPE, it provides excellent mechanical strength, impact resistance, and corrosion resistance. It also prevents external forces and environmental factors from damaging the insulation layer.

• Insulation Layer: The rigid polyurethane foam has a density of 60-80 kg/m³. It fills the gap between the working pipe and the outer protective layer, offering good thermal insulation and mechanical properties. It can withstand temperatures up to 120°C under normal conditions and up to 180°C with modification or combination with other insulating materials.
• Working Pipe: Made of PE-RT II material, it can operate at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 110°C and is capable of long-term hot water transportation at temperatures below 95°C.
