Electro-Fusion Weldable Joint/fitting for PE pipe/waste water pipe/pre-insulated pipe
Product Description
More than 15 years of production experience
Organizer of the National Symposium on the Production and Application of Electro-fusion welding belt
Recipient of utility model patent for electric fusion sleeve
Exporting the electro-fusion weldling tape to Turkey, Sudan, UAE, Japan, Russia, Kazakhsatan and other countries with good feedback.
Electrofusion weldable joint is a pre-cut high-quality HDPE sheet embeded with nicochrome net. It is used as polymer pipe welding materials or fittings, which is installed by a special electric heating welder.
The tape size can be customized. It can bu used for a big range of pipe diameter from 200mm.
Application:
1. District thermal heating system construction
2. Pre-insulated pipes field joint welding and oil pipes joint welding;
3. Hollow wall spiral pipe joint fitting
4.Structure pipe joint fitting
5.Steel reinforced spiral pipe joint fitting
Performance:
1. Adopt high-quality raw material: HDPE 2480 produced by China Petroleum &Chemical Corporation and High temperature resistance nicochrome net.
2.The tape/sheet are fully fused with the pipe after electric heating with good sealing effect, corrosion resistance and long life service.
3.Able to withstand axial forces initiated by axial movements of the pipe in the ground;
4.Able to withstand radial forces and bending moments;
5.Able to withstand effects of temperature and temperature variations.
