These advanced pipes combine PE-RT II (Polyethylene of Raised Temperature Resistance Type II) with a polyurethane foam insulation layer, providing a flexible, efficient, and long-lasting solution for low-temperature direct-burial heating systems.
The continue extrusion method-a state-of-the-art manufacturing process-is becoming the preferred approach for producing flexible pre-insulated pipelines in the 20-110mm range.
This advanced process involves:
Continuous filling of polyurethane foam between the inner working pipe (PE-RT or PE) and the outer sheath (LDPE),
Applying an insulating film layer during production,
Lower foam density and thinner sheath, reducing material costs and enhancing efficiency.
Compatible with both hose-type and rigid pipe insulation, this technology is a game-changer for modern infrastructure.
