The O-Type Extrusion Anti-Corrosion Coating Machine for 3LPE, 2LPE, and FBE applications is a comprehensive system designed for the effective coating of steel pipes. This setup includes components for steel pipe transmission, shot blasting, dust collection, pipe heating, electrostatic powder spraying, PE and adhesive coating, water cooling, edge trimming, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as detection and control mechanisms.
The O-Type extrusion process for 3LPE anti-corrosion coated steel pipes provides excellent resistance to chemical agents, including acids, bases, salts, and oxidizers. This makes them ideal for transporting mediums in various environments, thereby extending the lifespan of the steel pipes. These anti-corrosive pipes are extensively utilized in oil and gas transmission lines, municipal water supply systems, and drainage solutions, among other applications.
