Structure of HDPE sheet /film extrusion line:
It consists of SJZ-series plate &sheet special-purpose single screw extruder SJZ-series; Equipped with auxiliary downstream accessories and moulds, it can produce: PP, PS, HIPS, PE, ABS, EVA, PMMA, PC, PT, PVB, PVC and other board & sheet.
The machinery unit consists of single extruder, Screen changing device, melt pump, T-die, 3-rollr or multiple-roller calender, cooling device, edge cutter, Haul-off system, plate cutter winder, electrical control system.

The working principle is the 3 states of the hot-plastics at different temperatures: The pushing force of the screw change the physical stat from glass state to high elastic state, then glutinous-and-fluid sate, it comes out from the slim gap of the die, the rest of the procedures are calendar, cooling-shaper, edge-cutter, Haul-off, cutter, winder.
Features HDPE sheet /film extrusion linet:
1.High grade alloy structural steel ( 38CRMOALA) made material barrel& screw and mould, after nitriding treatment. It gets high hardness, corruption and long service life.
2. Choice T-die the flowing passage is designed for easy flowing of thehout any detaining, and the product thickness is even.
3. calender, large conical slot is designed, the cooling quality inside the roller is good, and the temperature synchronization,
PC/PP hollow cross-section plate. PVC transparent soft & hard plat & sheet. PVC foamed plate, PMMA/ABS co-extrusion bathing plate, inside chamber plate of the refrigerator and other multiple-layer composite co-extrusion plate & sheet size: Width: 300MM-700MM thickness0.2MM-45MM: Output rate: 80-1800KG. /H. The machinery unit is the best solution for plate & sheet production.

Our machines make products what are widely used as jacket pipe of PU foam insulation pipe in municipal heating pipe system; Municipal water supplying and drainage pipeline; Oil and gas pipeline; Pipe joints of plastic drainage water pipes, PU foam insulation pipelines, 2PE/3PE oil and gas pipelines;
Besides manufacturing machines, we also make Heat shrinkable sleeves and electro fusion sleeves and plastic welders, which are widely used as pipe joints and sealings of plastic drainage water pipes, PU foam insulation pipelines, 2PE/3PE oil and gas pipelines;

Our purpose is to supply highest cost-effective products and the most suitable solutions to our clients, as well as intimate help and service, on this basis we reach a win-win situation.
For over 14years We have exported to many foreign countries, such as Russia, Iran, Turkey, U. A. E, Sudan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, South Asia, Poland etc.
7. Guarantee and after service
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.
During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.
We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.
We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
