Introduction: Vacuum Calibration Plastic HDPE pipe machine
 is a completed high-speed and high-efficient, automatic and intelligent plastic pipe production line developed by HUASHIDA by technological innovation.

Application: It is applicable for extrusion of HDPE casing pipe(jacket pipe), which is used as a protective cover of rigid pre-insulated pipe in district heating, hot water or chilled water piping systems. Diameter range 110-2000mm.

Advantages: 1)vacuum calibration improves the stiffness, flexibility and mechanical strength of the pipe. 2)High degree of intelligence improves production efficiency and reduces labor costs. 3)Fast production speed, 30% faster than similar equipment. 4)High-quality hardware and software reduce maintenance costs.

Structure: This pipe extrusion production line mainly includes a single screw extruder, molds, vacuum calibrating& water cooling tank, spray water cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine and bracket.
