It is a professional production line for customers who need soft, rugged, cold resistant, heat resistant, flame retardant, waterproof, low thermal conductivity, shock absorption, sound absorption and other excellent performance materials.
As a production line capable of producing rubber and plastic sponge insulation materials, the insulation materials produced are closed-cell elastic materials, which have been widely used in central air-conditioning, construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, metallurgy, shipbuilding, vehicle, electrical and other industries and departments. All kinds of hot and cold medium pipes and containers can achieve the effect of reducing cold damage and heat loss.
Based on the strict requirements of Weifang customers on environmental impact assessment, Huashida has designed a 150-type rubber-plastic foam insulation pipe production line that meets the requirements of the national environmental protection policy. According to the professional design of Huashida, this production line can produce foam insulation pipes and plates of different sizes. The pipe size is: inner diameter 6-160mm, wall thickness 6-40mm; the plate size is: width 0-2000mm, thickness 6 -50mm.
