PE Shell Pipe Extrusion Line is high-efficient with high speed and energy saving for producing HDPE thin wall pipe, which is used as a protective cover of  PU foam thermal Pre-insulated Pipe according to international standards.

The HDPE jacket pipe is produced by vacuum calibrating method with smooth internal and external walls, long service life, good anti-corrosion insulation and mechanical performance.

Main machine- High-efficiency single screw extruder
The screw is with barrier & mixing head; the barrel is a new model with slotting (channel). Both guarantee good jellification, large output and stable performance of the extruder.

The straight cylinder section of the pipe die makes the pipe wall smooth and uniform;


Calibrators

Dust-free planetary cutting machine
It adopts the blade punching principle to realize no-dust cutting. It is mainly composed of the cutting device, the clamping device, the synchronous movement device and the frame.


Controlling system 
The complete line is controlled by PLC, with a good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching the screen. The controlling system is designed according to the customer's requirements.
