Working Principle

The plastic material is heated and transformed from a solid (glassy state) to elastic, and finally into a molten (viscous) state. It is then extruded through the T-die, followed by calendaring, cooling, shaping, edge trimming, haul-off, cutting or winding - forming high-quality plastic sheets or films.
