HDPE Large Caliber Hollow Wall structured corrugated plastic Pipe Extrusion Line
Pipe application area:
This kind of pipe is fit for municipal drainage of water less than 45, building outdoor drainage, buried farmland drainage, industrial sewage, road drainage, sewage disposal work, sport field square drainage, electrical and telecommunication project etc.
HDPE Hollow wall winding pipe produced by this line has high ring stiffness, high brunt intensity and low weight due to its unique wall structure.
In addtional, it has many advantages such as good creep deformation resistance, outer pressure resistance, erosion resistance (such as acid, alkali and salt erc. ) long life of approximate 50 years.
The HDPE hollow wall winding pipe extrusion line includes two parts.
The first part is PE Pipe Production Line. The function of it extrude PE/PP pipe or PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to your customer requirement ). It include the following equipments:
SJ series Single Screw Extruder /Die Head (outer mold and mandrill) /Calibration Sleeve / Vacuum Cooling Tank / Spray Cooling Tank
The second part is Forming Machine. The function of it can produce qualified HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe.
It includes equipments as below: SJ series Single Screw Extruder / Die Head / Spiral forming unit .
