Product Description

Double-walled corrugated pipe is a multi-purpose municipal pipeline mainly made of plastic particles as raw material by extrusion and shaping. The inner wall is smooth and flat, and the outer wall is corrugated (trapezoidal, circular wave, etc.). Its unique pipe wall structure makes the double-walled corrugated pipe have the characteristics of high ring stiffness, light weight, high pressure resistance, good toughness, corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, convenient construction, low installation cost, long service life, etc., it is widely used in municipal transformation projects, construction, industrial and agricultural drainage, agricultural water-saving irrigation, sewage treatment projects and other fields.It is the best alternative to traditional cement pipes, cast iron pipes and other material pipes.

 The DWCP series high-speed corrugated pipe forming machine features a closed water-cooled structure. The mold base drives the left and right modules to move along a closed curve. Additionally, the unique design of the circulating water circuit ensures high reliability, effective cooling, and minimal water impact within the pipeline.
