HDPE Electric Heating Fusion Sleeve for Directly Buried Pre-Insulated Pipes

Electricfusion tape is a pre-cut high-quality HDPE sheet embedded with nicochrome net.  It is used as polymer pipe welding materials or fittings, which is installed by a special electric heating welder.
The tape size can be customized. It can be used for a big range of pipe diameter from 200mm.

• Material: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Nichrome Heating Net
• Application: Ideal for welding joints in district heating systems, pre-insulated pipes, oil pipes, hollow wall spiral pipes, structural pipes, and steel-reinforced spiral pipes.
• Features:
  • Made from premium HDPE 2480 and high-temperature-resistant nichrome net.
  • Provides excellent sealing, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
  • Can withstand axial forces, radial forces, bending moments, and temperature variations.
