I. Product Structure
The 3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) anti-corrosion steel pipe is primarily composed of the following three layers:

Rational Coating Structure: The bottom layer is in contact with the surface of the steel pipe and is an epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating. The middle layer is a copolymerized adhesive with branched functional groups, and the surface layer is a high-density polyethylene anti-corrosion coating. In actual operation, the three materials are mixed and integrated, and after processing, they are firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The processing methods are generally divided into two types: winding type and round mold wrapping type.

VI. Application Fields
The three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion coating serves as an advanced technology for the outer protective layer of buried pipes. It is widely used in the anti-corrosion of gas and oil transmission pipelines, urban gas supply pipelines, water supply pipelines, and other fluid transmission pipelines. The 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating can enhance the mechanical properties of the pipeline, featuring high electrical resistance, waterproofing, wear resistance, and anti-aging performance.
VII. Technological Processes

Upload Pipes: Place the steel pipes to be processed at the starting position of the production line.

Pipes Screw Conveyor: Transport the steel pipes to the next processing stage via a screw conveyor.

Rust Removal: Perform rust removal on the surface of the steel pipes to ensure cleanliness, providing a good base for subsequent coating adhesion.

Intermediate Frequency Heating: Utilize intermediate frequency heating technology to preheat the steel pipes, enhancing the adhesion of the coating.

Epoxy Powder Coating: Spray epoxy powder onto the surface of the steel pipes to form the base anti-corrosion coating.

Outer Layer Adhesive Polyethylene Coating: Apply adhesive and polyethylene on the outside of the epoxy powder coating to form a complete anti-corrosion layer.

Cooling Spray: Cool the coated steel pipes to ensure the curing of the coating.

Pipes Screw Conveyor: Transport the cooled steel pipes to the subsequent processing stage via a screw conveyor.

Grinding Pipe Ends: Grind the ends of the steel pipes to ensure the integrity of the anti-corrosion layer.

Download Pipes: Remove the processed steel pipes from the production line, preparing them for packaging and transportation.
